"Each Player"
When each player is instructed to resolve an effect, each player resolves that effect one at a time.
-
If the effect does not specify what order the players resolve the effect in, the first player decides the order.
-
If a player cannot fully resolve that effect, they resolve it as fully as possible.
For example, if each player is instructed to discard a certain number of cards from the encounter deck and the deck empties while one player is discarding from it, that player stops discarding as soon as the deck is emptied. After the deck is reset (and an acceleration token is placed next to the main scheme deck), the remaining players resume discarding from it.
